What we collect
When you open an account we store what you enter on the application form: name, email address, phone number, date of birth, address, employment details, stated income and risk profile. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash and are never recoverable in plain text.
We also record the activity on your account - accounts opened, trades, transfers, goals, messages, and a log of logins with the originating IP address.
How the data is used
Solely to operate your account: to render your dashboard, calculate balances, settle activity and show your history. Nothing is sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising. There is no analytics or tracking script on this site.
Cookies
One session cookie maintains your login state. It is marked HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, contains only a session identifier, and expires when you close the browser or sign out.
Deleting your data
You may ask us to close your account and erase your record at any time through the contact form. Deletion cascades to your accounts, holdings and activity history, and cannot be undone.
